Data Entry Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to support our Digital Marketing team. The role involves managing, updating, and maintaining accurate marketing data across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and assisting the team in reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain marketing data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and advertising platforms.

• Upload and manage ad creatives, campaign details, and audience lists across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

• Ensure accuracy of data entry for campaign performance reports, leads, and client records.

• Assist in preparing marketing performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.

• Monitor and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies and ensure corrections.

• Maintain organized digital files of creatives, campaign assets, and data sheets.

• Support the digital marketing team in administrative and backend tasks as needed.

Requirements:

6 -1 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) will be a plus.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines.

• Open for night shift
