Handle high‑volume data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, supporting back‑office functions and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Input information from paper or digital sources into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Verify entries, correct errors, and flag discrepancies for review.
- Generate routine reports or summaries as requested.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Follow SOPs and data‑privacy guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma; prior data‑entry or admin experience preferred.
- Fast, accurate typing (≥60 wpm).
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic knowledge of ERP/CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets.
