Job Description:

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator who can extract email data from online/offline sources and send professional emails to potential clients or contacts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable with email platforms like Gmail or Outlook.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and extract email addresses from websites, documents, and databases.

• Organize and maintain email data in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Send emails using predefined templates or personalized messages.

• Maintain proper records of emails sent and responses received.

• Clean and verify email lists to reduce bounce rates.

• Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for follow-ups.

✅ Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience using email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to manage time and work independently.

• Good written communication skills in English or Hindi.
