Job Description

NextGen Manpower Solutions is hiring experienced Bengali Transcriptionists for a Bengali audio transcription project. Selected candidates will listen to audio recordings in Bengali and accurately convert spoken content into written text while maintaining the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Bengali audio recordings and accurately transcribe the content into written Bengali.

• Maintain accuracy in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

• Follow project guidelines and quality standards.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Maintain the confidentiality of project data.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bengali language proficiency is mandatory.

• Prior experience in transcription or a relevant language-based process is required.

• Must have their own laptop or computer.

• Stable internet connection is mandatory.

• Strong listening, typing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to read and write Bengali accurately.

Salary & Work Requirements

• Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

• Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home.

• Equipment: Own laptop and stable internet connection.

• Project: Bengali Audio Transcription.

Selection Process

Candidates must successfully complete all three selection stages:

1. Assessment Test: Bengali language and transcription accuracy test.

2. HR Round: Discussion regarding experience, communication, and job requirements.

3. Manager Round: Final evaluation of skills and suitability for the project.
