Job Role:

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our Bhagalpur team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our computer system and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record customer orders in the system.

• Enter data accurately and maintain proper records of orders.

• Coordinate with sales staff and customers for order-related queries.

• Ensure timely and error-free data entry to support smooth distribution operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry (preferably in distribution, pharma, or related field).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry software).

• Typing speed with good accuracy.

• Attention to detail and ability to work systematically.

• Good communication skills (to interact with customers and team).
