We are looking for a Data Entry cum Export Executive to join our team at MK Exports. MK Exports supplies fresh fruits, vegetables and agri-commodities to buyers in the UK, Gulf, Russia and the US. This role involves managing data and export paperwork accurately and keeping shipments on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data for orders, shipments, buyers and suppliers.
Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Prepare export documents: invoice, packing list, shipping bill, bill of lading/airway bill, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate.
Track shipments and update buyers and the internal team on status.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
12th pass or Diploma. Graduation is not compulsory.
Sensible, responsible and able to take decisions on routine work.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email.
Good written English for buyer communication.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.
Good to Have:
Experience in data entry, export documentation or agri/perishable exports.
Basic knowledge of export procedures and Incoterms.
