Enter and update shipment details, invoices, and inventory records into the logistics database.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams for timely updates.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Support the logistics and operations teams in administrative tasks as needed.
