We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle billing records and maintain accurate data in Excel sheets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, organized, and able to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Enter billing data accurately into computer systems
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets regularly
Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Organize and file digital records properly
Coordinate with team members for data clarification when required
Ensure confidentiality of all financial and company data
Basic computer knowledge is essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to complete repetitive tasks with focus
Basic understanding of billing/invoice formats is a plus
Prior data entry experience
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing
