• About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Training Intern to assist with a key project involving operational data updates, system entries, and user training support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into project-specific tools or software (e.g., Excel, CRM, EMR, or other platforms).

• Validate, clean, and organize incoming data from different sources.

• Support internal teams during onboarding/training sessions for new system users.

• Generate reports and dashboards as required by the project lead.

• Escalate inconsistencies or system errors to the project manager.

• Help document FAQs or user feedback from training rollouts.
  

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any stream (preferred: Computer Science, Business, or Life Sciences depending on the project)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, or CRM platforms is a plus

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly

• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work in a deadline-driven environment

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
