About the role:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person to keep our Bhiwandi warehouse running smoothly, from material coming in to going out, with accurate records at every step.
What you will do:
Maintain stock records for incoming, stored and dispatched material
Verify material documents against purchase orders and stock
Support daily dispatch operations in coordination with the warehouse and corporate office teams
Track material, transport and labour movements on the floor
Prepare daily stock and dispatch updates
Keep warehouse records organised and audit-ready
What we are looking for:
Engineering or Science graduates preferred
1-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or stores data entry
Good Excel skills; Tally knowledge is a plus
High accuracy and attention to detail
Clear communication and a willingness to work on the warehouse floor, not just at the desk
