Job Description:
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day supply chain activities, ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse, transporters, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
Provide clear instructions to warehouse supervisors regarding dispatch and stock handling
Monitor and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise during operations
Ensure smooth communication across all team members including internal teams and external partners
Track shipments and maintain records of logistics processes
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
Ability to coordinate with multiple persons effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
