Data Entry Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day supply chain activities, ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records

• Provide clear instructions to warehouse supervisors regarding dispatch and stock handling

• Monitor and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise during operations

• Ensure smooth communication across all team members including internal teams and external partners

• Track shipments and maintain records of logistics processes

• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations

• Ability to coordinate with multiple persons effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
