International Export Shipping Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as International Export Shipping Data Entry Executives. The role involves reviewing scanned shipping documents, accurately extracting information, and entering data into the client's software system. This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, good typing skills, and the ability to work with international shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review scanned shipping and export documents.

• Extract required information from documents accurately.

• Enter data into the client's software following standard procedures.

• Verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

• Identify missing or unclear information and report discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and shipment information.

• Follow company SOPs and client-specific guidelines.

• Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to resolve data issues.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned work within turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Degree/Diploma).

• Good English reading and comprehension skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity.

• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM or higher.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to read scanned documents and handwritten information.

• Willingness to learn logistics and export documentation terminology.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data entry, BPO, logistics, or shipping documentation is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Bills of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Packing Lists, or Commercial Invoices is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good typing and English reading skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Onsite Position
