Job Description

Enter financial transactions into accounting software (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts).
Maintain and update accounting records and databases.
Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Reconcile data entries with bank statements and ledgers.
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
Generate basic reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Coordinate with the accounts team for discrepancies or corrections.
Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
