Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and experience with spreadsheets and online forms.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Requirements:
Any degree
Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and organizational skills.
