Data Entry Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, managing sheets, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating basic data-related tasks across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data across Excel and Google Sheets

• Create and manage product, inventory, and order management sheets

• Maintain accuracy of website, Amazon, and internal data logs

• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and daily/weekly trackers

• Assist with MIS data and Amazon backend uploads (training will be given if required)

• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for data requirements

• Ensure timely updates and error-free documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong knowledge of formulas, formatting, filtering, data cleaning, etc.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple sheets

• Experience in e-commerce data entry is a plus (not mandatory)
