Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Perform accurate and timely data entry of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Manage accounting tasks using Tally ERP, including voucher entries, billing, inventory updates, and basic bookkeeping.
Maintain ledgers, cash book, purchase/sales records, and assist with account reconciliation.
Prepare and update reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
Organize and maintain financial files and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and data-related requirements.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and accounting operations as needed.
Proven experience in Tally ERP and data entry.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting concepts.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
