Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a suitable Candidate for the Purchase Department who can help us create and maintain proper vendor and material data records.

The role will include preparing detailed vendor datasheets/catalogs with vendor name, contact number, address, product details, product photos, what material we purchase from them, purchase price, and other important remarks.

The person should also help us create a proper material catalog for all materials used in our Gruham projects, so that our purchase, civil, store, and management teams can easily refer to it whenever needed.

We need someone who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, basic documentation, product photo collection, and regular follow-up with vendors/internal teams.
