About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain company data with accuracy and confidentiality. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in company systems and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company software, Excel sheets, and databases.
Maintain accurate records of documents and files.
Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Manage emails, records, and digital files systematically.
Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.
Required Skills
