We are looking for a data entry executive to join our team at Genie Exports Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on products before packing and dispatch.
Verify product details such as size, colour, quantity, labelling, and packaging.
Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect products and report issues to the concerned team.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Maintain records of quality checks and daily reports.
Follow SOPs and company guidelines during inspection processes.
Assist in inventory checks and stock audits when required.
Job Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/e-commerce environment.
• Problem-solving and reporting abilities.
