Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Analyst

Location: Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1 Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Analyst to manage, update, and maintain accurate data across various internal systems. The candidate should have strong typing skills and a good command of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
Work with Excel functions including Pivot Tables, filters, and basic formulas
Verify data accuracy and perform regular quality checks
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information
Ensure timely completion of data-related tasks
Organize and maintain digital records

Skills & Qualifications:

Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas, formatting)
Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Basic communication and coordination skills
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Interns/Freshers can also be considered)
