Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to input, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems. The candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases and systems accurately
Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain records and files in an organized manner
Review data for completeness and accuracy
Generate reports as required
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of data management
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education & Experience:

Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate
Experience candidates 3–4 years of experience can apply
