Job Description: Data Manager
Location: Elante Offices, Chandigarh
Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Sat)
Type: In-office (NOT work from home)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Manager to join our team at the EAT MORE LOSE MORE Clinic. The Data Manager will be responsible for handling and managing client data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient data processes. The role involves working closely with other departments to support data-driven decision-making and provide comprehensive data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of client data. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Client Data Handling: Manage client records and update information as necessary. Address any discrepancies or data issues.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, briefings, and presentations related to client data.
System Management: Utilize and manage data management systems and software. Ensure systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Collaboration: Liaise with other staff and departments to ensure smooth data flow and integration. Provide data support to various teams as needed.
Research: Conduct background research and present findings relevant to client data and business operations.
Support: Provide ongoing support for data-related queries and issues. Offer recommendations for improving data processes and systems.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a data management role, preferably within the health/nutrition industry.
Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with data management systems and software. Proficient in MS Office, internet research, and social media.
Knowledge: Understanding of basic health, diet, and nutrition concepts is a plus. Familiarity with health data and confidentiality practices.
