We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate employee records in Excel and ERP systems. The role requires strong data handling skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with HR and payroll teams to ensure data consistency.
Enter, update, and maintain employee information in Excel sheets and ERP software.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data such as personal details, joining dates, salary, bank details, and other employment-related information.
Regularly audit and reconcile data between Excel and ERP to ensure consistency.
Support the HR team in maintaining digital employee files and documentation.
Generate reports and data summaries as required by the HR or payroll department.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adhere to data protection protocols.
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks when required.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in HR or administrative functions.
Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, filters, and formatting).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Logic ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
