Liaisoning Assistant – Data Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Liaisoning Officer to handle desk-based data entry and file preparation, with occasional visits to government authorities such as PMRDA, PMC, and PCMC. The ideal candidate should be proficient in BPMS, PreDCR, Microsoft Office, and UPCPR.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
Prepare and organize files for submission to relevant authorities.
Work on BPMS, PreDCR, and UPCPR platforms for project-related documentation.
Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams for required documents.
Occasionally visit government offices such as PMRDA, PMC, and PCMC for submissions and follow-ups.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all liaisoning activities.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, documentation, or liaisoning work.
Knowledge of BPMS, PreDCR, Microsoft Office Suite, and UPCPR is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally to PMRDA, PMC, and PCMC.
