Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.

• Verify accuracy of data before entering.

• Maintain records and files for future reference.

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them.

• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files when needed.

• Ensure data confidentiality and security.

• Prepare reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, email).

• Good typing speed (25–35 words per minute preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
