Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Entry Executive for the food industry to accurately record and manage product recipes. The role involves close coordination with Department Heads and timely sharing of recipe data and reports with Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain detailed product recipes accurately
Coordinate with Department Heads to collect and verify recipe information
Enter and update all product recipe data in prescribed formats
Maintain master data and ensure version control of recipes
Prepare and share reports and data summaries with Management
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency of data
Support audits and internal reviews related to recipe data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively across departments
Basic understanding of food industry processes is an added advantage
