We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of data confidentiality.
Enter data into computer systems or databases from source documents.
Review data for accuracy and completeness.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Maintain and update records and databases.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
Follow data program techniques and procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position.
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing systems is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT and data programs.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of English (both oral and written).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with spreadsheets and online forms.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Basic understanding of databases and office management systems.
