Key Responsibilities:

Optimize job postings to ensure they stand out and are easily discoverable by the right candidates.

Monitor the performance of job postings on different portals and adjust strategies to maximize visibility and applicant flow.

Ensure job postings are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with platform guidelines and regulations.

Utilize platform-specific features, such as sponsored job posts, hashtags, and advanced filtering options to enhance job ad reach.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure job descriptions are accurate, detailed, and tailored to each position.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics related to job postings (e.g., views, applications, conversion rates) and provide insights for improvement.

Manage candidate inquiries related to job postings, ensuring timely responses and a positive candidate experience.
