Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Executive to support our backend operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day tasks related to data entry, invoicing, purchase orders, inventory entries, and basic accounting support using Tally and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems (Tally, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with the procurement team.

• Prepare and share client invoices on a daily basis.

• Assist in billing, dispatch entry, and daily sales recording.

• Maintain stock and inward/outward records.

• Support the accounts team with ledger entries, credit note/debit note generation, and reconciliation.

• Communicate with suppliers/vendors for documentation and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain filing system for all physical and digital records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass or Graduate (Commerce background preferred).

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, invoicing, or accounts support.

• Basic knowledge of Tally (ERP9/Prime) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other office tools.

• Ability to type quickly and accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
