§  Receive samples from Hospitals through Field executive and courier.

§  Check for sample sufficiency, correct label, completeness of TRF.

§  Ensure that the labels on the specimens coincide with the information provided TRF.

§  Reject samples that do not meet criteria.

§  Follow-up with the hospitals /clients in case of incomplete TRF, sample in sufficiency, spillage.

§  Creating in-house Lab ID for each sample.

§  Entry in Sample receiving registers.

§  Handing over sample and TRF to lab for analysis.

§  Maintenance of sample discard log of Freezer.

Maintenance of sample outsource detail.
