Job Title: Fresher – Data Management Executive

Location: Saswad, Pune
Preferred Candidates: Female
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel

• Manage and organize files, records, and documents (soft & hard copies)

• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

• Assist in basic administrative and MIS-related activities

• Perform routine data checks and corrections as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Outlook

• Good typing speed with attention to detail

• Basic communication skills (verbal & written)

• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, IF)

• Experience with MIS or reporting (internship/academic projects acceptable)
