Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Lab CSE Rider to manage sample pickup, patient interaction, and basic reporting tasks. The role demands strong coordination skills between the lab and clients (patients, doctors, and collection centers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely pickup of biological samples from collection points, clinics, and homes.

• Ensure safe and proper handling of all samples as per lab SOPs and quality standards.

• Verify sample collection details, labels, and documentation at the time of pickup.

• Deliver samples safely to the central laboratory within the required timelines.

• Communicate with patients and clients regarding pickup schedules or delays.

• Maintain basic records related to pickups, payments (if any), and consumable supplies.

• Assist in customer service activities like explaining lab services or assisting with queries.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and biohazard disposal guidelines strictly.

• Report daily activities to the Operations Coordinator.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10th/12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in fieldwork, logistics, courier services, or diagnostic sample collection.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

• Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.

• Basic understanding of healthcare and diagnostic services is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned city or area.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
