We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The role involves handling data management, record keeping, order processing, coordination with different departments, and ensuring smooth internal workflow.
Manage and maintain company records, files, and documents.
Handle data entry, database management, and report generation.
Process and track orders, invoices, and payments.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
Respond to internal and external emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and business reports.
Monitor stock and inventory records, if required.
Follow up with vendors, clients, or service providers for pending tasks.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
