Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CV & Resume Specialist to create professional, ATS-friendly and job-specific CVs for candidates seeking international career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Create professional and ATS-friendly CVs/resumes.

· Analyse JDs and identify relevant skills and keywords.

· Tailor CVs according to specific job roles and international markets.

· Write professional summaries, responsibilities and achievements.

· Review and improve existing CVs.

· Ensure accuracy in candidate information, employment history and education.

· Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for drafting and optimisation.

· Proofread CVs for grammar, spelling and formatting.

· Assist with LinkedIn profile optimisation when required.

· Maintain quality and turnaround-time standards.

Required Skills

· Excellent English writing and grammar.

· Strong CV/Resume writing and editing skills.

· Good knowledge of ATS and resume keywords.

· Strong JD analysis and proofreading skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Good knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.

· Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.

· Ability to manage multiple CVs and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

M.A. English / M.A. English Literature preferred. Candidates with experience in CV writing, content writing, recruitment or career services will have an advantage.

Practical Test

Shortlisted candidates may be given a CV and Job Description to prepare a tailored CV within a specified time.

6-Month Employment Commitment

The selected candidate will be required to complete an initial 6-month employment commitment (bond) from the date of joining, ensuring mutual commitment and continuity with the organisation.
