Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process
Job Type: Full-time | Non-Voice Process
Location: Powai
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via web chat and email in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively

• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality standards

• Document interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent written English communication skills

• Typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM with good accuracy

• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months+ BPO experience preferred

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
