Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM system for leads, contacts, and customer information.

• Automate workflows, campaigns, and reports within Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.

• Track customer interactions and follow up on leads to enhance conversion rates.

• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales pipeline and CRM performance.

• Handle data imports, exports, and integrations with other tools (Zoho Mail, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).

• Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.

• Assist in improving customer experience through CRM analytics and feedback loops.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
