About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer data, track leads, and support the sales team in driving conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer/lead databases in CRM and Excel.
Track inquiries, leads, and sales progress for multiple projects.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry across platforms.
Assist sales and marketing teams with lead allocation and follow-ups.
Monitor customer interactions to improve engagement and conversion.
Maintain dashboards and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Support in campaign tracking (email, SMS, WhatsApp) and reporting.
Nice to Have
Experience in the real estate industry (residential/commercial).
Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and lead management processes.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and data visualization.
