Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and nurture relationships with our premium customers. This is an office-based role focused on handling customer inquiries, resolving product and delivery related queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our key clients. The role involves coordinating internally with different teams to service high-value customers and maintain strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
-> Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
-> Ensuring the existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
-> Always ask them for true feedback.
-> Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
-> Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
-> Give or support the clients about company products or services.
-> Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concerned person.
-> Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
Skills & Requirements
-> Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).The ability to communicate confidently– both through speaking and writing– with colleagues and clients.
-> Strong relationship management and customer handling skills.
-> Ability to handle premium clients and high-value transactions professionally.
-> Polite disposition.
-> Ability of rigorous follow up.
-> Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
-> Proactive.
-> Thorough knowledge of products/services.
-> Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
-> Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
Experience :1–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Customer Support roles.
