Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Credit Analyst to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and support risk-controlled lending decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills and understanding of customer profiles in short-term digital lending.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan applications and verify customer documents (KYC, bank statements, income proof)
Evaluate creditworthiness based on CIBIL score, income stability, and repayment capacity
Conduct risk assessment to minimize NPAs
Approve/reject loans as per company policy and underwriting guidelines
Coordinate with sales and operations team for smooth loan processing
Maintain accurate records of all credit decisions
Monitor portfolio performance and highlight potential risk cases
Support collection team with insights on risky accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
06 months to 1 Year experience in lending / NBFC / fintech / credit analysis
Strong understanding of credit evaluation and risk assessment
Familiarity with CIBIL reports and financial documents
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / MIS reporting
