Job Summary:
The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate service invoices, coordinating with service advisors and technicians, and ensuring smooth billing operations at the service center. The role requires attention to detail, customer handling skills, and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate service invoices based on job cards and work completed
Ensure accurate billing of spare parts, labor charges, and additional services
Coordinate with Service Advisors to verify job details before billing
Maintain proper billing records and documentation
Handle cash, card, and digital payments from customers
Explain billing details and charges to customers clearly
Ensure timely closure of job cards and billing process
Update entries in billing software / DMS system
Assist in daily cash reconciliation and report submission
Support accounts team with billing-related data and reports
Follow company policies related to pricing, discounts, and approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Commerce / Accounting preferred
1–3 years of experience in billing (automobile/service industry preferred)
Familiarity with billing software / MS Excel
Good communication and customer handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
