Counter Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process bills/invoices using accounting or billing software.

• Maintain and update billing records in spreadsheets or databases.

• Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and payment tracking.

• Print, scan, and file billing documents as needed.

• Resolve any billing-related discrepancies or issues.

• Ensure timely submission and dispatch of invoices to clients/customers.

• Perform general data entry and administrative support duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
