Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle daily billing operations using a laptop/computer. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage billing software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate bills/invoices using billing software
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
Handle cash/card/online payment entries
Ensure timely and error-free billing
Coordinate with sales and accounts team
Maintain daily reports and data entry
Handle customer queries related to billing

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Familiarity with billing software (Tally or similar is a plus)
Good typing speed
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and calculation skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
