We are looking for a Customer Operations Executive to manage buyer–seller coordination, calling activities, and CRM updates. This is a pure operations role, involving customer communication, order processing, quality coordination, and fulfilment tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to buyer-side customers to confirm interest in purchasing notes
Coordinate with seller-side customers once an order is received
Maintain and update all interactions in Green Pista’s in-house CRM
Track order status from confirmation to fulfilment
Coordinate internally for:
Quality checking
Packing
Dispatch via Speed Post
Ensure accuracy and timely updates in CRM
