Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office / Operations Executive for Motor Insurance who will handle policy creation, policy updates, and data entry on various motor insurance company portals. Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update motor insurance policies on different insurance company portals.

• Process customer details and ensure accurate policy issuance.

• Renew policies and update customer information as required.

• Verify documents and upload necessary files in the portal.

• Prepare reports related to policy issuance, renewals, and modifications.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of insurance-related tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of issued and pending policies.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data.

• Assist in other operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet).

• Familiarity with online forms/portals (training will be provided).

• Good typing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with accuracy and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn insurance portal operations.
