Job Description

We are looking for a Returns & Claim Management Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive returned products from logistics partners and marketplaces
Inspect returned items for damage, missing parts, or mismatches
Create clear return opening/unboxing videos as proof
Maintain proper records of all returned items and claim status
File claims on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Blinkit, etc.
Follow up regularly on pending claims and reimbursements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good English typing speed (minimum 30 words per minute)
Strong reading and comprehension skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Experience:

Freshers can apply
Prior experience in returns/claims or warehouse operations is an advantage
