Computer Operator Duties:
Handle data entry and database management.
Maintain records and documentation in MS Excel/Word.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Operate office software and maintain digital files.
Assist in basic administrative tasks like printing, scanning, and emailing.
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, explain products/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a call log/report.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate with the sales/admin team as needed.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Clear communication in [Gujarati/Hindi/English – choose as needed].
Polite and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduate preferred.
Basic computer course/certification preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling or data entry is a plus.
