Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls (inbound & outbound)

• Resolve order, return, exchange, and warranty-related issues

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to close customer tickets

• Track and follow up on pending cases until resolution

• Maintain CRM records, feedback logs, and response quality

• Share insights to improve service processes and reduce escalations
