Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Oversee computer consoles, networks, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
Job Execution: Manually submit and manage scheduled batch processing jobs, verifying they complete without errors.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.
