Key responsibilities
Data management and processing:
Efficiently manage and process electronic data to support various business operations and ensure data accuracy and security.
System and hardware support:
Provide basic support for computer systems and printers, and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
Procurement and inventory:
Assist in the end-to-end procurement of EDP accessories, manage vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, and maintain purchase records.
System maintenance and training:
Maintain a log of system maintenance routines, keep software licenses compliant, and train new users on basic system functions like email, office suites, and in-house applications.
Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Accounts, and Admin for requirement gathering and approvals.
