Key Responsibilities:
Accurately updating company records, customer databases, and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
Organizing documents, scanning, filing, and managing office inventory or supplies.
Performing routine backups and entering, updating, or retrieving data from company databases.
Creating daily/weekly Excel reports on productivity, sales, or expenses for management.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and data entry software.
